Never Look Back

'Never Look Back' kind of came at me when I was least expecting it,

but in desperate need to record at new CD. To me, the growth in the

writing from my first album is easily seen. A team of 4 magnificent

producers from Beatsmith was behind the production, and the

experience of doing this CD, was golden.

My first time in a real studio, watching, analyzing and studying every

move that went on while I was there has since, become 1 of the most

valuable rewards I’ve hard. This was actually the first time I made a

beat, it kind of happened just playing around in the studio, but I ended up making 2 tracks off my album.

My homeboy came up with the name for the CD, I had no idea what I wanted to name it, and yet, it’s perfect, I couldn’t imagine naming it anything else. Throughout the CD, I put clips from an interview session I had, with Kyntee Owens. Special guest poets include, Last 4Ever, Droopy, and Taalam Acey, comedian Hurricane Andrews and singer Nikki Wade also provided their services.
